The Majestic Jade 32 Inch Direct Vent Gas Fireplace combines modern design, exceptional performance, and customizable features to create a stunning focal point for any living space. Featuring beautiful continuous flames, striking LED lighting effects, and flexible design options, this fireplace delivers both warmth and visual appeal.

Designed with passive heating technology, the JADE32IN-B allows for easier installation beneath a television. Optional Heat-Zone, Heat-Out, and SmartWall TV kits (sold separately) provide additional flexibility by redirecting heat where needed. The IntelliFire Touch intermittent-pilot ignition system ensures safe, reliable operation, while IntelliFire App compatibility adds convenient smart control from your mobile device.

Customize your Majestic 32" Jade Gas Fireplace to suit your style with a choice of two front options and multiple media selections. Standard bronze glass media is included, with upgrade options available for crushed glass, natural stones, or log sets. For optimal appearance and performance, use two bags of crushed glass, four bags of natural stones, or half a bag of stone when pairing stones with a log set. Always use media specifically approved for this fireplace to ensure safe and proper operation.

• Home Heat Distribution Kit (heat distributions via home furnace air handler): includes fan, 20ft of 6" round duct, vent, adaptor, and adjustment control
• Smart Wall TV Kit (Allows for TV installation of a TV 12" above the fireplace with no mantel or shelf): includes fan, 20ft of 6" round duct, vent register, ACM and IFT-RC400 Remote. Blower cannot be used with Smart Tv Kit
• Passive Heat Kit: Allows heat to disperse naturally (no fan) into the room, reducing surface temperatures. Can choose between front facing linear vent or side vents. Blower cannot be used with Passive Heat Kit.
